Bounty per CONFIRMED finding, scaled by severity (CRITICAL 25 / HIGH 15 / MEDIUM 8 / LOW 3 unit-R). Flat base review fee per delivery (speed-shaped: 15 x 2^(-latency/rho), floor 5) so a clean pass is never an income zero. False positives cost R only when the human arbiter rules them invalid. Pass liability capped by the severity-weighted warranty window.
Kill criteria
Missed seeded flaws (canaries): one miss = one strike, two strikes = kill trigger. Post-deployment: external parties find HIGH+ flaws Security cleared, twice.
Current state
Cycle 1: 15 findings filed and adjudicated (F1-F29, S1-S12); bounty vesting 112/150 unit-R epoch 1. Witnesses the ledger against its independent replica.
